Transportation, cancellation and booking policy
Transport
For catering or long stays where no pre-selected menu is ordered, the charges are:
● Staffing: Hourly rate for staff - 575/h
● Ingredients: Cost of ingredients + 20%
Daily Rate: 10,000 SEK
Cancellation
Booking Confirmation and Deposit
Your booking is considered confirmed only once the quote has been approved by both parties. Upon approval, a deposit must be paid within 10 days. This deposit should be 50% of the total quote amount and is essential for event planning and execution, ensuring the desired quality, setup, and date.
If the deposit is not received within 10 days, we will consider the booking as
unconfirmed.
Change of Booking
● 20 days or more before the event:
You may modify or cancel your booking without charge. Please inform us of the final number of attendees, special dietary requirements, and allergies.
● Less than 20 days before the event: The deposit is non-refundable.
● 10 days before the event:
Changes to the number of attendees are still possible. Please provide information regarding the number of people, special dietary needs, and allergies.
Please note, we cannot accommodate menus that are free from lemon, milk protein, or eggs.
If opting for a vegetarian or vegan menu, the entire group must choose this option.
● Less than 10 days before the event: A 100% charge of the event's total cost
will apply, along with any staffing costs.
Cancellations within 10 Days:
The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining event cost, along with staffing fees
and any pre-ordered travel costs, will be charged.
